​Rev. Dr. Carlton Jackson, Jr. is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., where he earned his B.S. degree in Biblical Studies and a Master of Arts degree in Theological Studies. He was later awarded a Doctor of Ministry degree from Virginia University of Lynchburg, and currently is a professor in the Business and Religion schools there. Dr. Jackson has been engaged in ministry for 40 years, and he has served for the past 32 years as Pastor of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Lynchburg. He and his wife Geraldine are blessed to have a daughter, Cynthia Wyche, a son, Jerome Jackson, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Dr. Jackson labors tirelessly to see the kingdom of God triumph in this world of darkness, and to see Christ made known to all the nations.
